Yes, that is quite possible. Here is an example of creating a Behaviour Tree:

using NodeCanvas.Framework;

var actNode1 = bt.AddNode<ActionNode>(seqNode.nodePosition + new Vector2(-100, 100));

var actTask1 = (Wait)Task.Create(typeof(Wait), bt);

actNode1.task = actTask1;

var actNode2 = bt.AddNode<ActionNode>(seqNode.nodePosition + new Vector2(100, 100));
