Yes, of course! There is a discount that automatically applies when purchasing NodeCanvas full version, if you already own the “Lite” version from within the asset store.
The price for upgrading from “lite” to “full” is set at and should be 45$.

Please let me know if you don’t see this discounted price in the asset store. If so it could be a bug with the asset store “upgrade” option and in which case I will have to inform the Unity Asset Store team.
