This is not a bug 🙂
Please know that behaviour tree child nodes are ordered automatically from LEFT TO RIGHT. In your video, your child on the top right of the screen is actually on the left of the child node on the bottom right of the screen, meaning that on the X axis in the graph, the top-right node is more left that the bottom-right node is. If you move the top-right node further on the right (more than the other node is), the connections will also automatically order itself accordingly.
