[Bug] The comment field seems to lose focus after typing the first letter.

I found an issue about the Action State UI.

When typing in the comments section, the field seems to be losing focus after typing the first letter.

The Name field seems to be working correctly, so it’s probably only related to Comments. Might be worth to check the other fields too?
