1) You can change the sounds in the inspector of the “@DialogueUGUI” prefab. Under the “DialogueUGUI” component of that prefab, there is a “Typing Sounds” list where you can assign different and as many sounds as you want.
2) On that same “DialogueUGUI” component, there is a “Skip On Input” option (disabled by default). If you enable it will do what you are after 🙂
