Missing References after pulling new changes from Git

hey,
I lose reference in blackboard after pulling changes from repo (git), it happens only when some changes where happen to FSM file. On PC where changes was made there is no problem with missing references. The objects to which I lose references are my Scriptable Objects.
When I save FSM I see changes in git with missing references, when I discard them everything back to normal. Do you have any idea why this happen?
