So I managed to make my first Multiple Choice dialogue, but I kept running into this problem: So when I drag from the Multiple Choice Node’s connector to connect a Choice, there appear more connectors to connect other choices. I connect the first two Choices to their “answer” nodes. When I connect the third (usually by dragging for the Multiple Choice’s right-most connector), the order of the second and third connection changes. I tried connecting from other nodes instead of the rightmost, but the order still kept getting changed. The only way to work around this was to rename my Choices after they are connected to their nodes, but then, they don’t appear on screen in the order I would like. What is the proper way to connect the Choices of the Multiple Choice Node? Thx for any info on this.
The child nodes connected to the Multiple Choice node, are always ordered from left to right. So the leftmost child node always corresponds to the first choice, while the rightmost child node always to the last choice. Moving a connected child node will also auto update the connections to always be left to right. This is done to enforce a cleaner tree design instead of possible crisscrossing connections.
So to clarify again, choice 1 always corresponds to leftmost child node, choice 2, to the next in order from left and so on.
I will add a way to re-order the choices by drag & drop in the next version. Thanks for reminding me.
