Hi, just some things that seem to be quirky in daily usage:
1) The scrollbars do not work. They are not clickable, you have too zoom out to get anywhere.
2) Selection box does not snap when the mouse pointer leaves the node canvas dialog.
3) Nested FSM properties, where you can assign a FSM, when you choose an existing one through the “dot” menu, it is not assigned when “None (FSM)” is the current value.
Hey there,
Thanks for dropping by for suggestions.
1. These are not really ment to be scrolbars but rather indicators as to where your view is in relation to the nodes, since you can easily pan around the canvas just with the middle mouse button.(or holding ALT+click and drag if you are on a laptop, mac or similar non middle click setup).
2. I will look at fixing this 🙂
3. Can you please explain this a bit more? Sorry :/

Sure, dug around a bit… it’s just an UI problem I think. The editor lets you choose things that are not usable and will not be entered in a property. Heres a video about it: https://youtu.be/LiX1Wcgyui8 as you can see it lets me choose from scene objects, but none will be taken if selected, not even the linked FSM asset.
Thanks for the video.
There are some very special cases where selecting from the scene objects is preferred and that is why it is shown there.
Unfortunately there is not much that I can do to filter this out in this specific case showcased in the video due to the above reason, but I think that once you know what can be selected and where, it’s a minor thing 🙂
Thanks!
